CHINESE soybean import quantity will be a new record

SHIJIAZHUANG,June 16, 2016—According
to the report issued by USDA-FAS,the production of Chinese soybean is estimated
12.5 million tons in 2016/17, that more than last year’s production-11.6
million tons.
The counsellor said, the rapeseed’s
production estimated 13.5 million tons in 2016/
In 2016,Chinese pigs’ production
has recovered, and the fowl industry developed well, the production of feed
expected more than 0.2 billion tons in 2015.
For meeting the increasing needs
of protein in domestic, Chinese import quantity will be a new record of 850
million tons that more than 820 million tons in 2015. But the quantity is also
less than the USDA estimated data. The USDA estimated that the quantity of
2016/2017 is 870 millon tons and the quantity of 2015/2016 is 830 millon tons.
Meanwhile,the counsellor estimated
that the import quantity of plant oil will be smoothly because the press
capcity of oil seeds is huge, China will sell the inventory of the rapeseed
oil.
